Founded by a Native American woman veteran, NATTEV Network was created to be more than a service—it’s a support system. Our goal is to help you build something rooted, sustainable, and ready to grow.

About the Founder
My name is Allyson Rosser. I am a member of the Pee Dee Indian Tribe, an Army veteran, creative, entrepreneur, educator, and community advocate. I created NATTEV Network because I know what it is like to have big dreams, limited resources, and no clear place to begin.
I have always been the person behind the scenes making things happen, whether that meant creating flyers at the last minute, organizing vendor paperwork, building schedules, or helping someone turn a passing idea into something real. Over time, I realized I was not simply helping people get organized. I was helping them recognize their potential, build confidence, and see what could come next.
As NATTEV Network grows, so does the vision behind it. What began with creative consulting and business support is developing into something much larger: a place where people can gain the tools, skills, support, and opportunities needed to launch themselves or rebuild their lives.
My long-term vision is for NATTEV Network to become a one-stop center for personal, professional, and community growth. It will serve people entering the workforce, transitioning out of the military, returning home after incarceration, rebuilding after substance use, changing careers, starting a business, or simply trying to create a more stable future.
Through programs such as Job Ready: From Application to Interview, NATTEV Network is beginning to build practical, step-by-step education in employment readiness, workplace communication, job retention, career advancement, life skills, and personal development. As the organization expands, I envision adding peer support, behavioral health services, workforce training, entrepreneurship education, and other programs that help people move forward without having to navigate a maze of disconnected services.
I want NATTEV Network to become the place where people can walk in with an idea, a goal, a setback, or a desire to start again and find what they need to take the next step. Not simply a place that tells people where to go, but a place designed to help them grow from where they are.
NATTEV Network is still about building structure around purpose. The difference is that the vision is becoming bigger. It is becoming a place for launching ideas, rebuilding lives, developing skills, and creating new beginnings.
